About the Role & Team The Cast Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that support, engage, and recognize Disney Cast Members and Employees around the world. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with company values, drive Cast Member and Employee satisfaction, and support business objectives. What You Will Do Develop, launch, and manage Cast Member and Employee programs (e.g., Disney Family Holiday Celebration, Service Awards, various Recognition/Work Life/Discounts/ Perquisites initiatives). Lead the development, planning and launch of specific projects or programs through collaboration with multiple partners, evaluation of past data and reviews, organization of timelines, processes, and deliverables. Partner with Technology, Pricing, Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments for development, reviews, enhancement and sustainment of programs. Prepare budget forecasts and track actuals to ensure fiscal responsibility. Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Lead initiatives to improve effectiveness and enhance processes. Assess and enhance program communication strategies to ensure they resonate with the audience. Maintain program documentation, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards.Basic Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proven self-starter with the ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines Ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams. Excellent writing, storytelling, and research skills with an understanding of how to effectively communicate with different audiences. Passion for creating a positive Cast Member and Employee experiences. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field. 3+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or HR. Strong Executive presence The hiring range for this position in Florida is $49,735.00 - $66,627.50 per year and in California is $55,390.00 - $70,020.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Similar remote jobs
