Monday-Thursday, approximately 4/5 PM - 8 PM, plus Saturdays 11 AM - 3 PM (some flexibility available) Job Description This year, our center celebrates 20 years. Our Exam Prep program exists because our founder was one of the first in the entire system to embrace exam prep and we've been building a first class ACT/SAT prep program since including the community partnerships that make this program what it is today. We're looking for an EP Coordinator we can trust with that legacy — someone who will run this program with the same care it's always had, sit across from parents and speak honestly and warmly about their student's progress, and help carry Exam Prep into what's next. The Benefits of Working at Huntington Include Opportunity to positively impact and change the lives of students Fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding work environment Paid, comprehensive initial and ongoing training High growth potential for top performers, in a program with two decades of roots Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Parent & Student Progress Meetings Conduct regular Interim Conferences (IC) with parents and students — reviewing progress, addressing concerns, and keeping students on track for success Review testing data and student progress to guide meaningful conversations with parents Follow up with families after conferences, testings, and inquiries Schedule and conduct retests; communicate results to families Enrollment & Testing Field initial inquiries (phone and walk-in) and conduct intakes and consults for EP families Grade, enter, and analyze testing results Support cross-marketing promotions, college fair outreach, and mailing/call campaigns Program Management Manage new-start programming: data entry, tuition collection, prep, and program setup Maintain and adjust student and teacher schedules; run programming checks and reprogramming Manage EP material inventory, supplies, and proper staffing Teachers & Day-to-Day Operations Train and support part-time EP teachers; run EP teacher meetings and observations Help run the EP teaching floor day-to-day Manage EP teacher scheduling Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and process payments Retention & Growth Conduct exit calls, generate referrals, and support re-enrollment outreach Support collection of monthly payments Requirements and Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree preferred 1-5 years of education, customer-facing, or management experience preferred Comfortable and confident presenting student progress and data to parents Warm, organized communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail Assertive, customer-service-minded communication style Ability to work in a fast-paced program with deep community roots Comfortable with everyday technology (laptops, tablets, scheduling/data systems)Experience Relevant:
