Weekdays with some evenings and/or weekends (as needed for events/programs) About Us Golf Miami 305 is a growing indoor golf facility in Miami Gardens offering instruction, youth programs, and events. Our youth enrichment work is powered by The Resource Room, a nonprofit with 25+ years of experience supporting afterschool and enrichment programs. We're looking for a dependable, organized, people-friendly teammate to help run day-to-day operations across our facility and youth program. If you're the type who sees what needs to be done and handles it—this role is for you. Role Summary The Operations & Program Coordinator is a multi-faceted, hands-on role supporting:

  • Youth program transportation and daily flow
  • Facility operations and customer experience
  • Reservations, snacks/inventory, and supply runs
  • Backend systems (Clover POS, website updates, operational admin)
  • Light marketing support (capturing content, posting from templates, promoting programs/events) This is a trusted role for someone who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities Youth Program Transportation & Support (Company Van) Drive our company van to pick up and drop off youth participants 3 days per week Maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment during transportation Communicate timing updates as needed and support smooth student check-in/out Follow transportation procedures and maintain basic trip documentation Facility Operations & Guest Experience Support front desk flow: greet guests, answer questions, and assist customers Manage bookings/reservations and help keep schedules organized Help keep the facility clean, stocked, and guest-ready Support snacks and light inventory management Systems & Administrative Operations Support day-to-day operations in Clover POS (transactions, basic reporting, updates) Assist with backend operational tasks and simple tracking/checklists Pick up and drop off supplies using the company van (as needed) Help keep website information current (hours, offerings, basic updates) Marketing Support (Simple + Consistent) Capture photos/videos during programs, lessons, and events Post from provided templates and support promotions (especially Instagram) Help follow up on inquiries and drive reservations/attendance Requirements (Must-Haves) Clean driving record (required) Comfortable driving a company van and transporting youth participants Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with kids, families, and the public Comfortable using technology and learning systems (Clover, booking tools, website updates) Able to lift and carry light-to-moderate supplies/snack inventory Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience After-school/youth program experience Social media comfort (Instagram stories, basic posting, content capture) Experience with POS systems (Clover or similar) Why This Role Is Different You'll be part of a mission-driven organization supporting youth development through golf You'll work in a growing facility where your effort directly impacts the community and the business You'll gain experience across operations, programs, customer experience, and marketing How to
