In this high-impact role, you will lead regional development, execution, and optimization of strategic outbound programs and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and increase market penetration. This includes responsibilities related to but not limited to scaling Events, Self-Serve, and Media opportunities. As a Regional Campaign Lead, you will have a rare opportunity to scale several high impact top of funnel programs. This key role will drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex initiatives, and build robust strategies to grow regional market share. Understanding and evaluating performance and KPI's is critical to the success of the program. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure program success from start to finish. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end strategy planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact events, media opportunities, and self-serve expansion across a region, ensuring alignment with leadership, company goals, and stakeholder expectations Exercise independent judgement to resolve logistical or operational challenges that may arise during event planning and event execution ensuring the proposed solution has Tesla's best interest in mind Manage relationships with business partners, vendors, local media and cross-functional teams to enhance event logistics, resources, and community engagement while driving regional growth Take ownership in negotiating with external stakeholders to bring opportunities to leadership that significantly propel Tesla in achieving our mission Monitor event KPIs, conduct post-event reviews, and implement data-driven insights to refine processes and scale successful regional strategies to drive market growth Become a leader in top-of-funnel initiatives in your region, providing strategy suggestions and insights to leadership to shape the regional growth curve Manage regional budgets and optimize resource allocation to support regional growth objectives What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in demand generation or strategic program management Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, with experience advising senior leadership Experience negotiating vendor partnerships and contracts with minimal oversight, and proficiency in budget management for scalable top-of-funnel growth programs. 75% of the role is dedicated to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and budget optimization Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong communication and relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
