Job Description

LOCATION NOTE
: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Austin campus. If you instinctively build structure where others see disorder, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance quickly, seek demanding work, and welcome genuine accountability. We combine academic rigor with practical life skills and our focused 2-Hour Learning framework so students progress with speed and confidence. We're looking for someone who can transform a dynamic school environment into a precise, high-functioning operation—every transition, every interaction, every element aligned. At our Austin location, you'll be the operator who maintains momentum: protecting time for concentrated learning, overseeing safe and efficient daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can mentor without distraction. You'll manage facility logistics, front-line technology support, and family communication, building an environment where ambition is the baseline and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear standards, decisive action, and measurable results, this work will resonate with you. Apply to build a campus where students accelerate, families see the impact, and operational discipline is the foundation of everything. What you will be doing Managing the daily schedule with exactness so 2-Hour Learning sessions begin punctually, remain uninterrupted, and conclude effectively. Addressing front-line technology requirements (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and managing escalations with IT. Upholding a secure, well-ordered campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor coordination, and facility preparedness. Communicating precisely with students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues quickly and recording outcomes. Coordinating campus events—orientation activities, onboarding processes, inventory and space planning—so the environment consistently feels organized. What you will NOT be doing Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides manage student mentorship while you operate the infrastructure. Working from a back-office desk; your role is campus-facing and directly influences student outcomes and family confidence. Devoting time to low-value tasks that fail to enhance efficiency, security, or learning quality. Key Responsibilities Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive to learning so that students and staff can concentrate on development and achievement rather than operational concerns. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree (any field) 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another service-intensive setting. Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing competing demands without sacrificing precision. Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration. Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (visa sponsorship not available).
