Job Summary Under the direction of the Program Director, coordinates the operations of the program that includes coordinating the Publicity, Marketing, admissions and logistical and travel arrangements for participants and faculty. Designs a publicity program suitable for placement in national and regional publications keyed to budget provided by director. Implements a marketing strategy aimed at audiences appropriate for the conference as identified by director and within budget. Sets up a schedule and method of receipt of application and selection of participants, using Submittable. Arranges for Faculty Housing (within budget) and discounted participant housing with St. Petersburg hotels. Makes Faculty Travel Arrangements, Disburses Participant Manuscripts, and manages Reimbursements and Contracts. Coordinates logistics and travel arrangements for participants. Coordinates with Eckerd Facilities Management Regarding Classroom and Meeting Room Setup Coordinates the catering services for program events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience. Desired Qualifications Master of Fine Arts in Creative writing. Program management experience.
