Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30 We are hiring a Program Coordinator to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at a community-based program in Naples. In this role, you'll develop person-centered plans, coordinate individualized training, and work with team members and families to help each person meet their goals. What you'll do: Develop, implement, and monitor individual program plans and training programs Keep case notes and other required documentation accurate and complete Communicate with staff, families, guardians, and support coordinators Help ensure services reflect each individual's needs, goals, and preferences What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred At least one year of experience writing program plans, case notes, or similar documentation Advanced computer skills Valid driver's license Ability to complete required background and drug screenings Experience supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred If you're organized, comfortable writing detailed documentation, and enjoy helping people work toward their goals, we'd like to hear from you. #IND3
