Job Description
Department Nursing Administration Job Summary Provides oversight to the Magnet Designation program, in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Strategies, Nurse Researcher, and Chief Nursing Officer. Works in collaboration with nursing leadership and nursing councils to facilitate in the development of strategies for successful document submission and site visit. Required Qualifications
- Require minimum of three (3) years experience in clinical nursing. Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer ability to develop, plan, and implement short
- and long-range goals.
- Prefer ability to plan, develop, coordinate multiple projects, and to analyze and solve problems.
- Prefer demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Prefer demonstrated computer and internet research skills.
- Prefer ability to display confidence and professional attitude to staff/public.
- Prefer ability to be self-motivated and work independently and shift priorities with flexibility.
- Prefer ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
