A Client Engagement Manager builds and maintains client relations. Works for a vendor organization and has ultimate responsibility for a client's entire experience with that vendor. May have a portfolio of clients and be accountable for the revenue, profitability and success of those customer relationships.
OxeFit is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Wellness Engagement Manager to introduce, implement, and grow adoption of OxeAI within corporate wellness programs. This individual will serve as the face of OxeAI, traveling to client locations to present the platform, onboard employees, drive engagement, and ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate has a background in wellness, nutrition, health promotion, or corporate wellness and enjoys building relationships, educating others, and helping organizations improve employee well-being through innovative technology.
Essential Functions:
Present and demonstrate OxeAI to prospective corporate clients. Develop relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and executive teams. Support the sales process from initial introduction through implementation. Travel to client locations to conduct onboarding sessions, training, and wellness events. Drive employee engagement and adoption of OxeAI programs. Monitor participation and usage metrics and recommend strategies to improve outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts. Conduct periodic wellness workshops, educational sessions, and check-ins. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to product and leadership teams. Represent OxeFit and OxeAI at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in wellness, nutrition, health promotion, exercise science, public health, business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in corporate wellness, health coaching, employee benefits, account management, customer success, or consultative sales. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong relationship-building abilities. Comfortable speaking to both executives and employee groups. Ability to travel regularly.
