Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of researching, planning and managing all assigned children's wishes. This role requires strong organizational, communication and project management skills. This person must feel comfortable securing donations from new and existing sponsors to assist in granting a wish. The ideal candidate will be creative and have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement programs tailored for individuals with medical issues. Manage relationships with families and maintain effective communication. Administer budgets and monitor program expenditures. Utilize project management skills to track progress and outcomes of initiatives. Ensure high-quality customer service and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher education Strong MS Windows skills and willingness to learn new programs Ability to communicate with children of varying ages and backgrounds Team player Strong writing and communication skills Proven ability to work effectively with both internal staff and various external customers This individual must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment and capable of meeting goals and deadlines.
