Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to lead and support community-centered initiatives that foster positive change. Duties Coordinate and oversee community programs, ensuring they meet organizational goals and community needs Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition to foster a motivated team of community advocates Develop and implement outreach strategies utilizing social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and grassroots organizing efforts Facilitate public speaking engagements to promote programs, build awareness, and strengthen community relationships Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and community feedback to inform continuous improvement Collaborate with local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other partners to expand program reach and impact Lead community engagement initiatives that address public health issues, addiction recovery support, or youth development Experience Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams within community or social service settings Strong background in program development, project management, and community outreach activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and client interactions Technical proficiency in social media management tools, data collection software, and general office applications Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations Experience in grassroots organizing or community engagement initiatives that promote social equity Bilingual skills are highly desirable; experience working with youth programs or in social work is a plus Knowledge of addiction counseling, public health principles, or related fields enhances your ability to serve the community effectively Leadership qualities with a track record of team leadership and collaboration with multiple stakeholders Join us as a Program Coordinator if you're eager to lead impactful initiatives that uplift communities!
