Job Description

Description This position will be educating and promoting best practices in composting and food waste reduction. Examples of Duties Collecting communal compost bins from dorms and academic building Teaching compost tutorial Educating the campus community about sustainability and composting Maintaining open lines of communication with housing and physical plant Processing and distributing compost to all campus institutions or individuals that would like it Attend weekly CGA meetings Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Student of New College of Florida and must be able to work outside and work well with others as well as independently All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship, including but not limited to non-immigrant visas, such as H1B, STEM, or F1, now and in the future.
