Job Description

Description This position is responsible for maintaining clear lines of communication between students, faculty, and staff members regarding CGA events, goals, and initiatives. Examples of Duties Prioritize increasing knowledge of Green-related events, classes, projects, clubs, etc, among the students Use marketing management such as emails, flyers, posters, etc Frequent post to the CGA social media accounts and work with campus-wide organizations such as SAUCE (Student Activities and Campus Engagement), AOC programs, NCSA newsletters, etc, to communicate important information Submit material to the Environmental Studies newsletter as relevant Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be an enrolled student, must be in good academic standing (maintain minimum cumulative institutional 2.5 GPA for undergraduate students and 3.0 GPA for graduate students) Preferred Qualifications Experience in student government of similar leadership roles is highly preferred. Familiar with the Student Government Constitution and Statutes. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship, including but not limited to non-immigrant visas, such as H1B, STEM, or F1, now and in the future.
