We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace community. What You'll Do As a Program Specialist , the day-to-day responsibilities will include: Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and implementation of Rebuild Florida related grant components. Coordinates outreach to employers and community organizations. Develops and implements an action plan to address program enrollments along with addressing any challenges that may arise. Completes all tracking and reporting requirements related to the grant. Ensures that grant progress is communicated timely, and grant deliverables are met. Enrolls participants into the student management system (Workday) and with the Florida Department of Education via their regulations. Ensures all required paperwork is gathered and submitted as required under the grant. Assist with the development of program curriculum. Implement and conduct an outreach and marketing plan. Conduct outreach campaigns that involve strategies that include news releases and one-to
  • one conversation with key community partners to attract candidates to the program.
Publish a schedule of outreach activities, summative evaluations and analysis. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years progressive experience in business management, business administration, program development or a related field. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in pre-apprenticeship/apprenticeship programs, the construction industry, and/or manufacturing industry. OSHA 10 Trainer certification is a plus. What We Offer We offer more than just a competitive salary of $45,000.00
