Job Description

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a dedicated House Coordinator to support our Community & Social Services programs. In this on-site role, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential home, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for individuals and families. The House Coordinator manages resident intake and orientation, maintains accurate documentation, supports residents through conflict resolution and linkage to community resources, and monitors compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. You'll collaborate closely with case managers and clinical staff, help coordinate staff schedules, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential house, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Coordinate resident admissions, orientations, and discharges in line with LSF policies and funding requirements. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case notes to meet regulatory and agency standards. Support residents through coaching, conflict resolution, and connection to community resources. Collaborate with case managers, clinicians, and community partners to ensure coordinated care. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations and respond promptly to incidents. Assist in scheduling staff, overseeing shifts, and supporting training for direct-care team members. Track basic house budget needs, supplies, and maintenance requests. Participate in team meetings, quality improvement activities, and audits. Promote LSF's mission, values, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices.
