Job Description
Job Description Own end-to-end execution of the Product-to-Revenue transformation program, from planning and design through delivery and operational readiness. Establish a clear integrated plan across business, product, technology, data, architecture, testing, vendors, and change management. Create transparency into milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and required executive actions. Partner closely with senior executives across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations. Build strong executive relationships and communicate clearly at the right level of detail. Push back constructively when scope, timelines, assumptions, or decisions put the program at risk. Drive timely decisions and prevent issues from remaining unresolved or being passed between teams. Hold workstream leaders, delivery teams, and vendors accountable for commitments and outcomes. Ensure business requirements and future-state processes are translated into executable product and technology plans. Coordinate dependencies across CRM, CPQ, product catalog, contracting, provisioning, billing, revenue recognition, ERP, and related systems. Ensure the program has clear end-to-end architecture, process flows, data requirements, integration plans, and operational controls. Establish and govern a comprehensive testing strategy, including automation for critical business processes and happy-path scenarios. Ensure the initial release is appropriately scoped, executable, and aligned to measurable business outcomes. Lead program governance, executive reporting, working sessions, issue resolution, and decision forums. Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate with clear recommendations. Build the foundation for successful subsequent phases and long-term operational ownership. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
