This is a hands-on leadership position working closely with the Owner to help manage the day-to-day operations of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach approximately 45% of classes Manage, support, and help develop our instructor team Manage staff schedules and coordinate coverage Ensure The Little Gym standards are consistently maintained Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our families Coordinate special events, including Parent Survival Nights, Read, Move & Groove, and member events Assist with member retention, enrollment, and overall program growth Help oversee daily gym operations and serve as a key point of leadership when the Owner is not present We are looking for someone who loves working with children, is a strong communicator, takes initiative, is organized, and is comfortable leading a team.

Position Benefits:
