Atlanta, GA Job Details 15 hours ago Qualifications Team leadership Early childhood education Full Job Description Otter Learning is seeking an experienced Director, Georgia Pre-K Programs to oversee the quality, performance, compliance, and outcomes of our Georgia's Pre-K programs statewide. This is a multi-site leadership role partnering with Regional and School Directors to ensure consistent program execution and serving as Otter's primary point of contact with DECAL. Key Responsibilities Oversee Georgia's Pre-K quality, compliance, performance, and program standards across all sites. Serve as the primary Otter contact for DECAL and maintain strong state agency relationships. Partner with Regional and School Directors to improve program execution and outcomes. Coach leaders and develop improvement plans for underperforming sites. Monitor curriculum, classroom quality, credentialing, and school readiness outcomes. Partner with internal teams to support enrollment, funding, compliance, and continuous improvement. Report program performance, risks, and opportunities to the SVP of Operations. Qualifications Georgia Pre-K qualification and strong knowledge of DECAL requirements. 4+ years of early childhood leadership experience. Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred. Experience working with state licensing or regulatory agencies. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regularly throughout Georgia.
