Job Description
Program Manager Senior Lead Atlanta , GA Contract Corporate $80/HR to $90/HR 09/30/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Program Manager Senior Lead to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $80.00 to $90.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead complex programs and strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Develop implementation plans and roadmaps that translate business objectives into actionable deliverables. Provide guidance and support to project leaders and teams to drive successful program execution. Monitor risks, dependencies, resource needs, and project performance while recommending corrective actions when necessary. Present program updates, business recommendations, and key findings to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in business, management, technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related leadership roles. Demonstrate experience overseeing large scale initiatives, organizational transformations, or complex project portfolios. Possess knowledge of project governance, risk management, resource planning, and operational improvement practices. Maintain experience working within financial services, technology, or other complex business environments.

Apply exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills when guiding teams and strategic initiatives. Demonstrate strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Lead change management efforts while promoting collaboration, engagement, and organizational readiness.
