data needs and manage data and reposting. This position operates as the ERSEA data quality assurance specialist for the Head Start/Early Head Start (HS/EHS) Program and supports implementation fidelity in all ERSEA areas.Duties and Responsibilities:
Eligibility and Enrollment:
Confirm all eligibility documentation for all children and families for (HS/EHS) services. Manage waitlist, acceptance and enrollment in the child database system Communicate acceptance on enrollment decisions to families, site directors and advocates. Conduct eligibility audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to identify and engage eligible families. Partner with community organizations and stakeholders to promote (HS/EHS) services and recruit families. Track and report recruitment efforts to ensure full program enrollment.Attendance Monitoring:
Track and monitor attendance, ensuring compliance with attendance standards. Collaborate with families to address attendance barriers and support consistent participation.Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Monitor and maintain accurate documentation for all ERSEA services to ensure compliance with Head Start standards. Conduct regular audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency, and areas for improvement.Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect and manage data on social determinants of health impacting Head Start participants. Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators related to ERSEA. Utilize data to inform strategic decision-making and planning.Collaboration and Communication:
Work collaboratively with program staff, including Site Directors and Family Advocates, to address family needs and enrollment goals. Represent the program in community meetings and forums related to ERSEA. Maintain effective communication with the Senior Director of Early Learning to report on progress and challenges.Disclaimer:

Education Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field. Experience At least three years of experience in Head Start, Early Head Start, or a similar program, with a focus on eligibility, recruitment, or program compliance. Demonstrated success in data management, reporting, and compliance monitoring. In-depth knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards related to ERSEA.Schedule Requirements:
In-office, 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday during standard business hours.Skills:
