Job Description
Support the day-to-day management of contract operations, staffing, and overall contract performance.
Assist in managing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS .Coordinate with installation Lead Supervisors and functional area managers to ensure contract requirements are met.
Support Government meetings, reporting requirements, and communications with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Help ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives. Required Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Engineering , or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of operations management experience supporting:
Human ResourcesFinancial ResourcesFacility Repair & MaintenanceContract ManagementExecutive Reporting and Presentations Minimum one (1) year of experience serving as a Deputy or Alternate Program Manager on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $10 million annually . Additional Requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Must be a legal U.S. resident.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for the duration of the contract. Why Choctaw Defense Services?
