Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CPR certification.
