Job Description
Ensure contract performance meets all requirements for quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee staffing, certifications, licensing, and security requirements to maintain full contract compliance.
Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS .Prepare and deliver management reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and contract deliverables.
Provide responsive leadership, including availability for after-hours operational support in accordance with contract requirements. Required Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Engineering , or a related field.
Minimum five (5) years of operations management experience overseeing:
Human ResourcesFinancial ResourcesFacility Repair & MaintenanceContract ManagementExecutive Reporting and Presentations Minimum two (2) years of experience serving as a Program Manager on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $20 million annually . Additional Requirements Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Must be a legal U.S. resident.
