We are seeking Program Supervisors to oversee operations in ourPsychiatric Residential Intensive Treatment Program (PRTF), dedicated to our

• adolescent clients
• , ages 10-21.Program Supervisors oversee, support, supervise and act as a resource to direct support staff and individuals served. Administrative tasks are also required as needed.
• Starting pay: $24.00 per hour.
• Additional compensation for Experience & Bachelor's degree or higher.

Shifts That May Be Available:

• 1st: 6:30am-3:15pm
• 2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• This is for a 2nd shift opening only!
• 3rd: 10:45pm-7:15am
• _On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required._

• Qualifications

• EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of counseling, mental health, social work, psychology/sociology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field preferred; OR Some college education w/60 college credits in human services preferred.

• EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred (degree); or four (4) years of supervisory experience in a mental health related discipline required (non-degree); Direct care experience with the I/DD (intellectual/developmental disabilities) population, specifically children and adolescents preferred.

Other qualifications:

+ Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; leadership, relationship management, and multi-tasking skills are required. + Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications. + Have a strong passion for working with and helping children living with emotional and behavioral differences. + Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results. + On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required. + Must be able to complete a

• two-week, paid new hire orientation class;
• hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
