Pineland BHDD is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and program quality for behavioral health and substance use services at our Tattnall Counseling Center. The Site Manager directs program operations, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. This role partners with leadership to drive performance, manage resources, and foster a collaborative team environment What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of behavioral health programs and clinic staff Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitor programs for quality, compliance, and audit readiness Review documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Collaborate with QA/QI leadership on audits and corrective action plans Ensure adherence to DBHDD, regulatory, and accreditation standards Serve as safety officer for assigned site Supervision & Team Development Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff performance Recruit, hire, and develop team members in partnership with HR Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Manage productivity expectations and staff accountability Support staff development, onboarding, and ongoing training Communicate clearly with staff, leadership, and community partners Build relationships with community agencies and promote program awareness Skills That Lead to Success Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and compliance standards Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with policy development and program evaluation Organizational and time management skills Required Qualifications Master's degree + 4 years of management experience, OR Bachelor's degree + 5 years of management experience Why Join Pineland BHDD?
