Program Manager

• Facilitate communication and change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior leadership to address high-level demands and provide comprehensive project updates.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills, including data mining and problem analysis, to drive informed decision-making.
• Drive automation efforts, leveraging tools such as CRM platforms and RPA technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards while maintaining focus on continuous improvement.
