Full Time, , POSITION SUMMARY The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the ACGME-accredited Residency Program. This role involves coordinating all activities related to the program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and providing support to residents and faculty. The Coordinator will work closely with the Program Director and other GME staff to maintain a high standard of educational excellence.
EDUCATION
Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in graduate medical education administration or a similar role preferred. Prior graduate medical education experience preferred or experience with physician operations, physician outreach or academic medicine preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with residency management software. Ability to organize information. Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Knowledge of ACGME accreditation standards and requirements.

Office setting. Safe working environment, possibility of irregular work hours upon request. Perhaps some discomfort due to noise and crowded conditions. A moderate amount of stress at times.
