Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support operation management including personnel in- and out-processing, calendar management, organizational chart updates, supply program assistance and FOIA and Privacy Act requests Coordinate meeting and event planning including room reservations, attendee coordination, and DV parking arrangements. Manage and maintain Directorate schedules and calendars Assist in creating, editing, and storing program-related documents, plans, reports, briefings and other presentations Provide support for briefings and reports including preparing visual aids, managing files, and assisting during presentations Aid in maintaining Operating Instructions, developing self-inspection checklists, tracking deficiencies, and supporting compliance and readiness inspections Manage electronic records, utilizing AFRIMS and Air Force Electronic Records Management rules Support suspense tracking by providing weekly updates, ensuring task completion and reporting via suspense tracking systems and tools
Education and Experience:
Must have one of the following education and experience: GED and at least five (5) years of experience in the respective profession being performed, (5) of which must be in the DoD.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire. Must be able to travel, including air travel.
