This role directs cross-functional teams performing full validation and correction of real property asset records, data management, and process improvement activities to achieve and sustain audit readiness. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client relationship management at the assigned installation. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in program management, particularly on complex projects within the defense or aerospace sectors, including at least 6 years of direct experience supporting IMCOM. Proven track record leading and managing cross-functional teams with multi-million-dollar budgets. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or a related certification (e.g., CPA, CDFM, CGFM, PMP). Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Strong understanding of the IMCOM asset management environment. No security clearance required; must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). Key Responsibilities Direct all program activities related to real property record validation, correction, and audit readiness at the assigned installation. Manage engagement budget, staffing, schedule, and deliverable quality. Serve as the primary client-facing liaison with IMCOM leadership and installation stakeholders. Oversee cross-functional teams of consultants, analysts, and training specialists. Identify and resolve risks and issues affecting program delivery and audit readiness milestones. Report program status, metrics, and outcomes to firm leadership and the client.
