Job Duties:

Plan and coordinate comprehensive activity programs for patients/residents. Assess residents' social, recreational, physical, educational, and spiritual needs. Develop meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Monitor and improve activity programs and performance. Assist with program budgeting and personnel management. Supervise staff and conduct training programs. Maintain appropriate documentation and care coordination.

Requirements:

MDS experience required. Minimum 3 years of Activities Coordinator experience. Experience planning and coordinating comprehensive activity programs in a healthcare setting. Current

BLS/BCLS

certification required. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to supervise staff and conduct training. Must be available for any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Pay:

$62.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
