Job Description

FaDSS Coordinator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars
Position Details:
Full-time (40 hours/week) with benefits Supervises program support specialists Office location is flexible within county coverage area
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and program support including compliance Monitor staff and observe home visits Work collaboratively with leadership and partner staff Maintain accurate records and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree (Health, Human Services or Education field) or equivalent education and experience Supervisory experience or Family Development Training Certificate obtained within 2 years of hire Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Knowledge of community resources Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel The person in this position is responsible for the overall operation of the FaDSS Program, providing necessary support to sustain a vital and effective program, and assisting the Family Development Specialists in individual, group and center-based activities as needed.
