Job Description Looking for an individual who is able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. The Residential Habilitation Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support of approximately 8-15 participants. Participants in our program are adults with developmental disabilities and require on-going support and supervision to reside in the community. The Program Coordinator oversees direct care staff, appointments, medications, program implementation and various others duties. Must be very detail oriented, flexible, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks. Must have great communication skills, both in oral and written in a professional manner.
