About the Role Herohub helps powersports dealerships improve performance through training, coaching, benchmarking, and practical business tools. We're looking for a Success Coach who loves working with people, building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses grow. In this role, you'll guide dealership clients through their Herohub experience, help them get the most from our programs and resources, and keep them moving toward measurable results. What You'll Do Build working relationships with dealership owners and leaders Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships Conduct regular check-ins to understand dealership goals, challenges, and opportunities Help client leaders and business owners successfully implement Herohub training, tools, and processes Monitor engagement and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional support Guide dealerships through onboarding and ongoing success plans Partner with internal teams to solve problems and improve the client experience Gather feedback from dealers and identify opportunities for improvement Help create an exceptional experience for every Herohub dealer What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence leading conversations with business owners and managers Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships A genuine passion for helping people and businesses improve Strong problem-solving and follow-through Ability to understand business challenges and connect clients with solutions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company Why Herohub?
