About HaloHeat Sauna Studios HaloHeat Sauna Studios® is a rapidly growing, touchless wellness studio specializing in infrared sauna, halotherapy (salt therapy), and advanced recovery modalities designed to support longevity, performance, and relaxation. We operate at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, and innovation. Our team is committed to delivering elevated, results-driven experiences that empower clients to take a proactive approach to their health. Position Overview This is a Full-Time (FT) or Part-Time (PT), on-site role for a Studio Associate (Client Experience & Wellness Advisor) at HaloHeat Sauna Studios. In this role, you will serve as both the first point of contact and a trusted wellness guide , responsible for delivering a seamless, elevated client experience while driving membership growth through consultative, needs-based recommendations . You will lead clients through their HaloHeat journey from initial inquiry to ongoing engagement, helping them understand how our services align with their personal wellness goals. This includes managing appointments, educating clients on modalities, and confidently guiding them toward appropriate services and memberships. This position blends hospitality, wellness education, and performance-driven sales , and is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, results-oriented environment. Build trust quickly and create long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement. Consultative Sales & Membership Growth Assess client needs and recommend services and memberships aligned with their wellness goals. Confidently guide clients through decision-making and close sales while maintaining a service-first approach. Wellness Education & Service Guidance Educate clients on the benefits and use of infrared sauna, halotherapy, and other modalities. Translate features into outcomes that matter to the client. Operational Excellence & Studio Presentation Maintain a pristine, professional, and photo-ready environment that reflects a premium wellness brand. Execute processes with consistency and precision. Lead Generation & Outreach Actively contribute to business growth through social media content development, outbound calls, follow-ups, event participation, and community engagement. Problem Solving & Professional Communication Handle client concerns with composure, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking. Communicate clearly across clients, team members, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a polished and welcoming first impression Guide clients through their visit, ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence in their experience Manage scheduling, check-in/out processes, and client flow with efficiency and professionalism Maintain accurate client records and notes to support personalized service Consultative Sales & Client Retention Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services Present and sell memberships and packages with confidence and clarity Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive conversion and retention Consistently meet or exceed individual and studio sales targets Wellness Guidance & Education Clearly explain services, benefits, and protocols in a way that is accessible and compelling Introduce clients to new modalities and enhancements aligned with their goals Position HaloHeat as part of a broader wellness lifestyle Studio Operations & Standards Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation across all areas Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures Support inventory management, stocking, and sanitation protocols Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience Sales & Community Outreach Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients Participate in local events, partnerships, and networking opportunities Support digital and in-person marketing initiatives Track and report on sales activities and performance Team Collaboration & Growth Contribute to a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development Share ideas to improve sales performance, operations, and client experience Support team members and leadership in achieving studio goals Qualifications Experience & Skills Legally authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation to Aurora, IL 1+ years in a client-facing role (spa, med spa, fitness, hospitality, retail, or similar preferred) Proven ability or strong interest in consultative or commission-based sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and closing sales Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems, CRM, data entry) Additional Qualifications Interest in wellness, longevity, or holistic health Experience with memberships or service-based sales is a plus Social media or community engagement experience is a plus Relevant certifications (wellness, fitness, hospitality) are a plus Ability to remain active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
