The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Living Room Program Coordinator. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Program Manager and living room staff to plan and provide 24/7 short-term crisis respite services in McLean County Supervise and evaluate the crisis respite staff, including peer staff Work closely with CHS and other community providers, law enforcement, and physicians Provide agency-wide and community training when requested Share coverage duties as needed

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Credentialed as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required Three years of experience in community behavioral health, social service setting, and/or crisis intervention preferred Shall be familiar with and supportive of the domains of Advocacy, Professional Responsibility, Mentoring, and Recovery Support utilized within the program Excellent organizational and communication skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver's license

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
