The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking a Living Room Program Manager. (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the program coordinator and other leadership staff to plan and provide for 24/7 short-term crisis respite services in McLean County Supervise and evaluate the program coordinator and oversee crisis respite staff and program Work closely with CHS and other community providers, law enforcement, and physicians Provide agency-wide and community training when requested Share coverage duties as needed

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Credentialed as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required LCSW or LCPC licensure from the State of Illinois preferred; may obtain within a year of hire Three years of experience in community behavioral health, social service setting, and/or crisis intervention preferred Previous management experience required Excellent organizational and communication skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver's license

Salary Range:

$62,000 - $72,000 annually
