• Program Management Lead
• As a Program Management Lead, you will lead some of R1's most visible and diverse enterprise programs.

You'll manage across multiple cross-functional work streams at once keeping them aligned, on track, and moving forward rather than owning a single project from end to end. This is an enterprise-support PMO role where no two days look the same, spanning large-scale data acquisitions, new customer onboardings, and corporate initiatives. Reporting directly to the PMO leader, you'll bring order to complexity and build the relationships that keep programs on track.

• Core hours align to Central Time, with flexibility to match customer hours.

Travel is light - roughly once or twice a quarter. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,640.00 - $137,481.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
