at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois, United States Job Description The Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE) is seeking a full-time employee to coordinate the case management initiative. The in-person position is based in Rockford, Illinois at the NIU-Rockford campus. The employee will be a self-starter coordinating program operations, budgeting and reporting, annual grant review and updating, updating and developing case manager trainings and community resource events, recruiting participants and managing registration, enhancing agency-relations, training and recruiting case management trainers, creating the annual program impact video, designing and implementing a case management conference every three years, and managing the project evaluation process in collaboration with a professional research consultant. Position will coordinate programs and training for diverse professionals and operational oversight of a core program/project budget, reporting, and evaluation.
