Schedule:
Wednesday or Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, and Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During peak season, individuals must be available to work at least 15 hours per week.

This role supports all aspects of range operations to ensure a safe, professional, and best-in-class experience for customers, partners, and internal teams. The Range Officer maintains strict safety and compliance standards while assisting with day-to-day range activities across multiple shooting disciplines.
Part-time Temporary Range Officer Essential Job Functions:
a { text-decoration: none; color: rgb} tr th, tr td { border: 1.0px solid rgb} tr th { background-color: rgb} Serve as Range Safety Officer, ensuring all shooters follow established range rules and fundamental firearm safety practices. Provide basic instruction and guidance to new and novice shooters. Assist with target setting on trap machines, perform adjustments, and refill trap houses as needed. Maintain shooting stations by removing trash and spent shells. Support light cleaning tasks within the clubhouse and restrooms. Work flexibly across trap, skeet, 5-stand, and wabbit stations. Operate the point-of-sale system for customer transactions. Assist at the handgun facility when required.
Part-time Temporary Range Officer Minimum Requirements:

Prior clay target and handgun shooting experience preferred. Ability to teach firearm safety, handling, and basic shooting techniques. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; climb ladders; work at heights; work in various weather conditions and extreme temperatures; and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently while being collaborative and supportive of team efforts. Flexibility to work alternate days, special events, varied hours, and weekends as needed.
Location-Specific Requirements:
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
