Job Description:

This is a 7 month contract and hybrid to downtown Chicago. Experience 10+ years of project and/or program management experience Strong background working in a PMO or Portfolio Office Experience leading enterprise?level infrastructure or technology programs

Qualifications:

Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies Experience operating within PMI?aligned project standards, IT controls, and regulatory environments Strong ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed organization Excellent communication, analytical, and problem?solving skills Highly organized, results?oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Familiarity with PPM and delivery tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Point, Teams, and MS Office Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries Application development program experience PMP and/or Agile certification

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain program governance, planning, and operating model Facilitate planning, status, and stakeholder meetings Consolidate workstream updates and deliver executive?level program reporting Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, change control, budgets, and benefits Maintain PMO tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting templates Ensure compliance with enterprise project standards, controls, and regulatory requirements

Pay :

60-70/hr
