This position will be responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, driving profitable business relationships, sales growth and providing a strong "Voice of the Customer" to ensure achievement of customer commitments. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Lead customer programs from New Product Introduction (NPI) through full production, ensuring successful launches and seamless transitions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure the resources, expertise, and support needed to meet customer requirements. Develop a thorough understanding of customer products, business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Manage customer expectations through proactive communication and timely updates on program status, risks, and opportunities. Oversee pricing activities, engineering change orders (ECOs), and contract-related negotiations to support profitability and customer needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory turns, excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, purchase price variance (PPV), and on-time delivery. Analyze technical, quality, operational, and financial performance metrics, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions when needed. Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), aligning meeting objectives and presentations with customer priorities. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are achieved. Support the resolution of excess and obsolete inventory issues while maintaining alignment with contractual agreements. Manage customer demand, forecasts, and purchase orders to ensure capacity planning and inventory objectives are met. Track and report delivery performance, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and company commitments. Review and manage contractual obligations, including delivery flexibility, payment terms, invoicing requirements, cost reduction initiatives, and inventory liability provisions. Prepare and execute customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and protection of company margins. Ensure engineering changes, non-recurring expenses (NREs), and related cost impacts are properly communicated and recovered when applicable. Lead resolution of customer quality concerns and other program issues by coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions. Escalate critical customer, program, or operational issues to leadership as appropriate and communicate risk mitigation plans. Foster long-term customer partnerships while effectively managing complex situations and competing priorities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and make sound business decisions. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated professionalism, independent judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools, including WebEx or similar conferencing platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team success. Willingness and flexibility to assume additional responsibilities as business needs require.

Pay:

$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
