We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certification & Testing Coordinator to support the administration and execution of certification programs and examinations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless testing experience for candidates while maintaining compliance with accreditation and program standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, training providers, instructors, and proctors regarding certification and testing requirements. Troubleshoot online exam issues and provide timely support to candidates and proctors, including after-hours assistance as needed. Coordinate the distribution, grading, and issuance of exams and credentials in a timely and accurate manner. Respond to customer inquiries related to certification, renewals, and exam scheduling with a high level of professionalism. Manage department phone lines, voicemail, and ensure prompt follow-up on all communications. Assist in the distribution, receipt, and processing of examination materials. Generate exam notices, credentials, failure notifications, and post-exam reports. Support technical committees by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Maintain tracking systems for school and program renewal cycles. Assist with recertification reporting and correspondence for schools and candidates across all certification programs. Coordinate audits for training providers and certified individuals. Prepare, proofread, and edit program documents, manuals, and communications. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold impartiality in accordance with organizational policies. Support accreditation activities and compliance initiatives as needed. Perform accurate data entry, record maintenance, and digital file management. Generate and organize reports to support program operations. Assemble, package, and ship exam materials and related items. Assist with preparation and logistics for on-site and off-site meetings. Attend departmental meetings and events as required. What you need to know! Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, program coordination, certification management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, scheduling, and administrative coordination. 1-2 years of experience in accreditation, compliance, or regulated environments preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, professional work. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Salary for this position will be determined based on factors including experience, education, skills, and geographic location. We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. Salary $21.20-$26.11
