Compensation:
$58,000-$70,000. Full Time As Fellowship Program Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of a permanent fellowship program, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule. You will serve as the central point of contact for fellows and internal stakeholders, maintaining structure, consistency, and clear communication across the program. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness, reputation, and long-term success of the fellowship.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the full lifecycle of the fellowship program, including onboarding, scheduling, and completion of all program components. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, calendars, and timelines to ensure all activities and milestones are clearly defined and met. Serve as primary liaison for fellows, responding to queries, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive participant experience. Organize and support hybrid events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics, materials, and technical setup. Track fellows' progress and participation, maintaining accurate records and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align program activities with organizational goals and standards. Monitor program operations, identify issues or risks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Support evaluation activities by collecting feedback, analyzing data, and contributing to recommendations for program refinement.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in program or project coordination, ideally within education, training, or fellowship/leadership development settings. Strong program management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple activities and deadlines concurrently. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, coordinating both in-person and virtual components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules, documentation, and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs, address issues, and adapt to changing priorities. Competence in using standard office and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, video conferencing platforms, shared project workspaces).
Desirable Skills:
Experience coordinating structured fellowship, internship, or graduate programs. Background in stakeholder management across academic, corporate, or non-profit environments. Familiarity with program evaluation methods and basic data analysis for reporting outcomes. Experience supporting curriculum, workshop, or content delivery in a professional development context. Knowledge of best practices in hybrid program delivery and participant engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, or a related discipline. Formal training or certification in project or program management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred. Additional coursework or certification in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development is an advantage.
