Job Description
Function of Position:
The Accountability Group (TAG) provides psycho-educational programming to perpetrators of intimate partner violence in order to disrupt the cycle of violence and increase the safety of victims and their children. Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties Maintain TAG correspondence with referral sources, community members and potential participants Conduct intakes with people who have caused harm against their intimate partner Collaborate with criminal justice and child-welfare agencies to provideTAG/PAIP
services Complete intake and group attendance documentation, and maintain payment records Prepare for and co-facilitate weeklyTAG/PAIP
sessions Establish rapport with participants from each group; making observations, tracking notes, scheduling & meeting for one-on-one sessions, and create monthly evaluations. Assist in preparing reports to funders Attend meetings with TAG team, and monthly supervision with TAG Program Director Qualifications Bachelor's Degree-Human Services or related field At least two years of experience in a human services field Strong presentation and public speaking sills Ability to work as part of a collaborative team Passion and alignment with Quanada's mission and values Willingness to commit to a self-care plan to mitigate harm from vicarious trauma Completion of 65 hour domestic violence/sexual assault and 20-hour partner abuse intervention program within two months of hire Vision We envision a community free from violence.
