- Identify, review, and catalog legal mail received in the digitized mail database.
- Process and take action on liens, levies, garnishments, and court order holds impacting Global Payment Network (GPN) participants.
- Ensure settlement support legal documents are accurately tracked, documented, and routed for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and timely handling of legal payment restrictions and holds. Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in legal operations, financial operations, payments, banking, settlements, or related programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with liens, garnishments, levies, and court orders (mandatory).
- Experience reviewing and managing legal correspondence/documentation within a regulated environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and independently manage high-volume, detail-oriented work.
