The Program Manager works closely with individuals served, families, guardians, direct support professionals, team leaders & case managers to promote independence, safety, dignity, choice, and meaningful community participation. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager to lead and coordinate impactful community to create meaningful change. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a passion for social impact, ensuring programs are executed effectively and aligned with company needs. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living and disability service programs. Rotating on call schedule Supervise, coach, and support direct care and program staff. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and staff retention. Conduct regular program and home visits to assess service quality, safety, documentation, and individual satisfaction. Review staff documentation, service notes, medication records, incident reports, and other required records for accuracy and compliance. Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, behavioral concerns, medical needs, and other issues affecting individuals served. Communicate effectively with individuals, families, staff, providers, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Disability Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities may be considered in lieu of a degree, depending on organizational and regulatory requirements. Previous supervisory or management experience in a residential, supported living, community-based, or developmental disability services setting preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals with varying levels of support needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting regulatory deadlines. Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, sound judgment, and respect for individual rights and confidentiality. Must be able to pass required background checks and meet all applicable employment and regulatory requirements.
