Community Resource and Program Coordinator Haitian Center of Evansville Evansville, IN Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Working with culturally diverse communities Computer operation Computer literacy Intake English Haitian Creole Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Summary The Haitian Center of Evansville is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized professional to support our programs, services, events, and daily operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct client intake, maintain confidential records, and provide follow-up. Help individuals and families navigate available community resources and provide referrals to outside organizations. Maintain accurate records and data in HCE's CRM/database. Support educational, youth, cultural, and family programs (after-school, ESL, computer literacy, and more). Assist with food pantry and community food distribution, including inventory, participant records, and volunteer coordination. Help coordinate events, workshops, fundraisers, and outreach activities. Attend and represent HCE at community, school, and partner events. Provide general office support and communicate with volunteers, participants, families, and community partners. Qualifications Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work with diverse individuals and families. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Comfortable using computers and learning our CRM/database. Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team. Some evening or weekend availability for events may be required. Experience in non-profit, community outreach, education, or human services preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in Haitian Creole and English required.

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
