Simulation Coordinator Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana Evansville, IN Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications School principal experience Program management Interpersonal skills Communications Time management Full Job Description Part-Time Simulation Coordinator Make an Impact on the Next Generation Junior Achievement is seeking a highly organized and energetic Part-Time Simulation Coordinator to support our hands-on learning experiences that inspire students to explore financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys, working with students, educators and volunteers, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students in grades 5-12. Position Overview The Simulation Coordinator assists with the operational and logistical execution of Junior Achievement's simulation programs. This position helps manage scheduling, equipment, and program flow to ensure engaging, high-quality experiences for students. The coordinator plays a key role in helping bring real-world learning to life through immersive educational simulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Coordination Schedule and coordinate simulation sessions with schools, volunteers, and staff. Manage logistics before, during, and after simulation events. Ensure all program materials and resources are prepared and available. Collaborate with staff to maintain program quality and consistency. Maintain and organize inventories of simulation equipment, technology, props, and supplies. Ensure all materials are operational, updated, and ready for use. Track inventory needs and coordinate replenishment when necessary. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Collect feedback from students, educators, volunteers, and staff. Assist with program evaluation and reporting. Qualifications Experience coordinating educational programs, events, or experiential learning opportunities is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Comfortable lifting and transporting program materials and equipment as needed. Passion for helping students succeed and preparing them for future careers.
