Looking for 2 Program Managers - Fort Wayne, Indiana - AUTOMOTIVE We are partnering with a growing and highly respected automotive manufacturer seeking a candidate to lead key customer programs from launch through production. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while serving as the face of the business to major automotive OEM customers.

Key requirements:

• Automotive manufacturing experience is REQUIRED,
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with automotive OEMs
• Program Management and budget ownership experience
• Strong command of APQP processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through launches
• Experience managing timing, deliverables, and customer expectations
• Must be comfortable driving accountability and solving problems quickly This is an excellent opportunity with a stable company that values leadership, responsiveness, and execution.
