Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows: Compile information relative to the assigned program area. Coordinate correspondence for information requests. Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program. Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services. Maintain and organize program assets. Prepare appropriate program related training materials. Success:

Individuals in this role should minimally be able to articulate or demonstrate the following: General knowledge of the program area. Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its effects upon other agency operations. Ability to gather and compile program materials. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process. Ability to use tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public. Ability to establish and maintain a working-relationship with staff and offenders. A degree is not required . Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
